i took in 1122  calories, 35.8 fat, 111.2 carbs
9 1/2 cups liquid

this does not inclue 1 cup blueberries.. 1 slice carrot cake that you get from a church dinner when they raise money…..i didn’t eat any of the dinner i bought..just the slice of carrot cake because my sugar had fallen. i did not know the calorie count of these 2 items

p.s. my son ate the dinner i bought it did not go to waste lol

i took in 1254 calories, 30.7 fat, 133.8 carbs

i found i can still have my hotdogs…

i change from my classic bar - s chicken franks
which has 130 calorie,11 fat, 4 carbs , cholesterol -45 , sodium 520 , protein 4

to

ballpark bun size smoked white turkey franks

45 calorie, 0 fat , 5 carbs, cholesterol 10 , sodium 420, protein 6

this saves me …..85 calories , 11 fat , 35cholestrol , 100 sodium

and instead of a bun i use

xtreme wellness tomatoe basil torilla wrap…
71 cal, 2 fat, 5 carbs , 0 cholestrol, 234 sodium, 8 protein

this is compare to a regular hot dog from the sonic…1 hot dog

258 calorie, 15 fat, 21 carbs,23 cholesterol, 241 sodium, 8 protein

to make my hot dogs i use….2 hot dogs

2 smoked white turkey hot dogs ….90 cal, 0 fat , 10 carbs
2 tomatoe basil wraps…142 cal , 4 fat , 10 carbs
1 slice sun dried tomatoe basil cheese…70 cal , 5 fat, 2 carbs i split this between the two hotdogs
1 tbsp..sweet relish….0 cal , 0 fat , 0 carbs split between the two hotdogs
1 tbsp ketchup….15 cal , 0 fat, 4 carbs split between the two hot dogs
1 tsp..kraft free mayonnaise….5 cal , 0 fat , 1 carb split between the two hot dogs

total….322 calorie, 9 fat, 27 carbs

i get 2 hotdogs..just have to add 64 more calories,,and 6 extract carbs

and it makes a good dinner….it feels me up.

i’m working on ways to cut most of my calories, and fat and carbs, but at the same time i’m able to eat the foods that i like…so if you are reading this and have some good ideas to share, i would love to hear them

this is for anyone wanting to let their inner self out and need support. i have a little girl in me dyeing to get out. so each day i try to help her reach her goals. together we are working hard at it. we both have decided to take it one day at a time, and not beat ourself up if we mess up .as long as she is still inside me she is safe and has lots of cushion to keep her warm. lol
