my substitute for a burger

i know we all like fast food. and my problem is burgers. so i came up with this to replace the ones i get at a fast food  joint.

something i found i like is turkey burgers. and boco burgers.boco burgers has 70 cal. 1 fat, 7 carbs, and then i use the 35 calorie bread. you get 2 slices of it.it has 70 cal. 0 fat and 17 carbs.works great as a bun. a slice of swizz cheese…70 cal, 5 fat 1 carb . yellow mustard has 0 cal, no fat, no carbs ,2 slices kosher sandwich slice pickles 0 cal, 0 fat, 1 carb, use 2 tbsp.reduce sugar ketchup,,10 cal, 0 fat,2 carbs.

a total of…..

220 calorie 6 fat 28 carbs

. and this seems to help me when i want a burger.

MmmmHmmm! I’ve got a little box of Boca Burgers in my freezer right now! :D They’re just yummy as a fast-food burger but less greasy and WAY healthier. ;) The perfect guilt free burger! :D

Thanks for posting this. GREAT Idea

What company make 35 cal bread.
The only thing I have found here is Fraz 40 cal and Sarah Lee 45 cal both have higher fiber which helps

I too and a burger fanatic! I started making turkey burgers pretty soon after I started to eat healthier and was surprised by how much i liked them. I will have to try the Boca Burgers. I also use the 35 calorie bread. I recently have been using Wegmans Brand (I know not everywhere has a Wegmans :-(, they make a 40 calorie per slice white Italian bread which tastes exactly like regular Italian.
